Our Mission Statement

The Tenth Muse supports authors and artists who aspire to publish their work and share their creativity with both the Clarke University and Dubuque, Iowa communities. We are seeking creative writing, scholarly essays, and artwork that demonstrate an honest voice, strong academic thought, and creative vision, regardless of structure or approach. The Tenth Muse editors welcome submissions from any authors and artists who capture a literary spirit, challenge boundaries, or reveal unique perspectives
